September 21-23 at 7:30pm. September 23 at 2:00pm.

A scalding comic drama by David Mamet. Winner of the 1984 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Directed by Kathy Z Smithson.

Pulitzer Prize winning play by David Mamet is no play for children. This window into one aspect of human nature will keep you interested and wondering what will happen next. Mamet is known for his mastery of language and the language in this play reflects the rough crassness and emotionalism of his characters. When an office full of real estate salesmen is given the news that all but the top two will be fired at the end of the week, the atmosphere begins to heat up. Shelly Leven, played by Henry Hettick, who needs to pay for a sick daughter’s surgery,  does everything in his power to advance his lead over his competitors in the office. He insists on getting better leads from his boss, John Williamson, played by Pete Mathews. No one cares. When his coworker, Dave Moss, played by Matt Cadman, comes up with a plan to steal the leads things get complicated for the tough talking and desperate salesmen. Contains adult content and language.
